It should be Sky Wikluh – Pazi Sta Radis
Multiple sources I checked brought up Black Mass, Mayhem and other songs which sample Pazi Sta Radis, but the song by Sky Wikluh has the part of the song used in the transition scene when day turns to night before the fire show.
