[0:17′] Marlowe pays clare a visit at the mansion and asks her to tell him more about Mr. Peterson so she begins talking about the time when they first met. Clare tries to convince Marlowe that Nico is not dead but pretending.
[1:20′] Hanson asks one of his men to crank up the volume as he is about to interrogate Lou. Marlowe and Cedric manage to get rid of the guards, grab some guns, and head to find Hanson.
[1:36′] Marlowe and Clare say goodbye to each other as the place burns down in flames. Later, Marlowe pays Clare a visit to the studio and she offers him a pension.

[1:06′] Marlowe meets up with Bernie at Schmidt’s Liquors. Bernie tells him that Arthur ran the number plate of his visitor last night and found out that the car belongs to Dorothy Quincanon.

[1:07′] The detectives head to the river where the body of a dead woman was found. When he gets there, Marlowe realizes that the corpse belongs to Nico’s sister.
6. I’ll Be Seeing You (Reprised) – Dick Todd With Orchestra
[1:16′] Hanson’s men carry Marlowe’s sedated body and transport him to a location where other bodies lie dead. As Marlowe was pretending to drink the poisoned drink, he immediately wakes up and tries to get rid of the guards.
